Oradea Tech Hub, a hub dedicated to technology start-ups in the northwestern part of the country, launched at the end of last year a pre-acceleration program called Make IT in Oradea, which has an annual budget of 300,000 euros, of which 80% will go to finance projects that have the potential to turn into business. The budget of 300,000 euros is allocated by the Oradea City Hall, which has committed to provide this amount annually.
“We want to emphasize the uniqueness of this program because it is a premiere in Romania for a city hall to invest in the ecosystem of start-ups at this level. The first initiative of the program is the Bright Labs start-up incubator “, said for ZF David Achim, executive director at Oradea Tech Hub.
